How does friend.radio work?

Everyone in your circle shares one song a day. Post your pick to hear everyone else's. The day resets at midnight where you live. On your first day, every pick is unlocked.

How do I post a song?

In Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music or SoundCloud, tap Share and choose friend.radio. Or tap + in the app and paste a song link. Only song links are accepted.

How do I add friends?

Send your personal link from the Circle tab, or choose friends from your contacts. Anyone who joins through your link joins your circle. There's no search or directory, so people can only join through a link.

Who can see my picks and likes?

Your circle sees your daily pick. If friends-of-friends sharing is on, a few people one step outside your circle may see the song, but never your name. Likes are private: only the person who shared the song sees who liked it. You can turn off friends-of-friends sharing in Settings.

How do I report or block someone?

Press and hold any pick, then choose Report this pick or Block. Blocking is silent: the other person isn't told, and you leave each other's circles. You can also email support@friendradio.io.

My share link was posted somewhere public. What do I do?

Go to Circle → Settings → Reset link. The old link stops working immediately. You can remove anyone who joined from your circle.

How do I delete my account?

Circle → Settings → Delete account. You'll confirm with Sign in with Apple. Your profile, picks, likes and connections are deleted, and friend.radio's access to your Apple ID is revoked.

Who can use friend.radio?

People 13 and older. In some US states, people under 18 need a parent's or guardian's approval through Apple.
